Two ways to partner
with Menford.
White Label or Referral. Both fully transparent. Pick the track that fits.
Two Clear Tracks
White Label for agencies delivering under their brand · Referral for warm introductions to our team
Public, Graduated Terms
Commission tiers and exceptions are disclosed on this page — not negotiated on a call
Quarterly, Ongoing
Referral commission is paid every 3 months for the agreed term — duration matched to service type and confirmed before any deal closes
You already send business away. You just don't get paid for it.
A client asks for a service outside your scope, and you tell them to "find someone good" — your reputation absorbs the risk, your account doesn't see a cent of the work
You've made warm introductions that closed five- and six-figure deals for someone else, and the only thing you got back was a thank-you email
You'd happily deliver more services under your own brand if you didn't have to hire, train, and manage a second specialist team
Every introduction you make and every service you decline is value walking out the door. Menford runs two partnership tracks designed to capture both: one for agencies that want to offer more under their own brand, one for operators who simply want to be paid for the relationships they already have.
Pick the track that fits how you already work.
White Label
- 1You manage and invoice the client
- 2You pay Menford at our standard rate
- 3You keep the markup as your margin
Commission: None — your margin is the markup you set
Best for: agencies and consultancies that want to offer our services under their own brand
Referral
- 1You introduce the client
- 2Menford manages and invoices directly
- 3You earn commission on closed deals
Commission: graduated tiers, paid quarterly for the agreed term — see below
Best for: warm introductions needing our direct expertise
How a referral runs, end to end.
Introduce
You send the prospect our way with a short context line (what they need, why now, what you already told them). We attribute the lead to you in our CRM the moment it lands.
We qualify and close
Our team takes the call, scopes the engagement, and handles the contract. You're looped in only as much as you want to be.
We manage and invoice
Menford delivers and invoices the client directly. You never touch the operational side unless you've asked to stay close.
You earn
Commission accrues every time the client pays. Settled in your bank every 3 months for the agreed term. Term length depends on the service the client buys — we confirm the specific duration with you on the partner call, before any deal closes. Either way: ongoing quarterly cycles, not a one-time finder's fee.
Graduated tiers, applied to each referred deal.
Tiers are graduated like tax brackets, on a per-deal basis. Each portion of a deal pays at its own bracket — there's no "tier penalty" for landing a bigger client. Tiers apply to gross revenue from the referred client.
One exception
Link Building and Influencer Marketing campaigns pay 4% on gross revenue (not on the tiered structure above). Reason: on those campaigns we pay bloggers and creators directly out of the client's budget, so the gross figure includes costs that don't represent agency margin. The flat 4% is calculated against that gross.
Two terms that answer the rest.
Bidirectional
Same structure runs both ways. We refer business to our partners as often as our partners refer business to us; the same agreement covers both directions.
Quarterly payments
Commissions are settled every 3 months, against the previous quarter's collected revenue. Not annually, not on request.
How a white-label engagement runs, end to end.
Quote your client
You scope and price the engagement under your own brand. Your client sees your name, your contract, your invoice.
We deliver under your brand
Our team executes against the spec you've sold, reporting back through whatever channel you want to expose to the client (or not at all).
You invoice the client; we invoice you
You're billed at our standard partner rate. The markup between that rate and what you charged your client is your margin.
A short qualifier, so we don't waste each other's call.
You're a fit if
- You already run an agency, consultancy, or independent practice and have warm relationships with companies that buy digital services
- You want a public, written partnership structure with disclosed commission terms — not a handshake
- You're comfortable handing operational delivery to a specialist team and being paid on the relationship rather than the hours
- You'd also welcome inbound referrals from us when a Menford client needs something outside our scope
You're not a fit if
- You're looking for an affiliate link or one-click signup flow — this is a relationship program, not a pixel-tracked affiliate scheme
- You want commission on cold lists or scraped contacts — we only pay on warm, qualified introductions you can speak to
- You expect monthly commission cheques on a new partnership — settlements are quarterly, by design
Common questions, answered.
No. You're free to work with other agencies or run your own offering. The only thing we ask is that, while a referred client is active with Menford, you don't shop them to a direct competitor of ours for the same scope.
We deliver globally. Our team operates from the EU, our infrastructure is EU-hosted by default, and we work across English, Italian, and Spanish at full fluency. Partners can introduce clients from any market.
It depends on the service. Some service lines pay commission for the full duration of the engagement; others run for a defined term. Either way, the specific term for the services your client is buying is confirmed with you on the partner call, before any deal closes — there are no surprises and no hidden cliffs. If a referred client later expands into additional services, the expansion's commission term is set against the same per-service framework.
All Menford services qualify under the graduated tiers, with one explicit exception: Link Building and Influencer Marketing campaigns pay 4% on gross revenue, because we directly cover blogger and creator costs out of the client's budget. The exception is disclosed up front so there are no surprises when the first invoice clears.
When you introduce a prospect, we log you as the source on the lead in our CRM at the moment it lands — typically by email forward, calendar intro, or a short message naming you. Attribution is relationship-based, not pixel-tracked. If two partners legitimately introduce the same prospect (rare), we honor first-attribution and tell you in writing the same week.
Commission on every deal you've already introduced runs for the full agreed term of that deal — your ongoing activity isn't a condition. If you want to formally close the partnership and roll any future introductions to someone else on your team, we'll document that and update attribution going forward, but earned commission on existing referrals keeps settling on the normal quarterly cycle until each deal's term ends.
Tell us how you'd like to partner with us.
One short message. We'll come back within two business days with the next step for whichever track fits.
No commitment required — applying isn't signing. We just want to understand which track fits before the call.
