EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferred: Training or certifications in UX/UI design or web design
 

COMPANY OVERVIEW: Menford is an international SEO and digital marketing agency. We are now seeking a UX/UI Designer with strong Figma experience to design high-conversion service and landing pages based on internal brand guidelines and structural summaries.
The ability to implement these designs in Elementor is considered a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Translate copy and brand guidelines into compelling UX/UI designs for service and landing pages.
  • Design page layouts and prototypes in Figma, following summary tables that define layout type, text position, visual position, and usage context.
  • Balance aesthetics with strong conversion goals, structuring layouts for clarity and impact.
  • Reuse or adapt components across multiple pages to ensure brand consistency.
  • Apply UX best practices (clear hierarchies, CTA placement, mobile-first)
  • Collaborate closely with the Content Marketing Coordinator to align copy, brand guidelines, and UX execution.
  • (Preferred) If experienced with Elementor, implement your Figma designs directly on WordPress
 

REPORTING STRUCTURE:

  • Reports To: CEO, CTO.
  • Team Structure: Works independently with periodic alignment calls.
 

PERFORMANCE GOALS:

  • Deliver high-quality Figma prototypes within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure designs follow brand guidelines.
  • Build reusable design components (buttons, CTA blocks, forms) to streamline future pages.
 

PREFERRED WORKING HOURS/TIME ZONE:

  • Flexible schedule with availability for periodic milestone reviews and coordination calls (Europe time zone preferred).
 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Essential skills:

  • Strong experience designing landing and service pages in Figma.
  • Solid knowledge of UX principles (wireframes, user flows, conversion paths).
  • Proven ability to balance design aesthetics with performance and conversions.
  • Responsive/mobile-first design expertise.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
 

Desirable skills:

  • Experience with Elementor and WordPress implementation.

WORK STRUCTURE & DELIVERABLES:

  • Work will be milestone-based, with clearly defined deliverables, review checkpoints, timelines, and priorities.
  • The designer will join periodic alignment calls with the Content Marketing Coordinator to review progress and ensure consistency across designs.

 

CHALLENGES & ADVANCED RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Designing for industries where clarity, speed, and credibility are critical.
  • Building scalable, reusable Figma components for high-efficiency workflows.
  • (Preferred) Supporting the implementation of Figma designs in Elementor when possible.

In the final stage, you will have a conversation with our leadership team to discuss your fit within Menford's long-term vision, culture, and goals.

Offer & Onboarding
