Menford is a growing international digital media and marketing company, active across multiple online projects and platforms.
We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager to support the digital activities of Passione Inter, one of our long-standing media projects.

Passioneinter.com is one of the most recognized independent platforms dedicated to Inter Milan, active for almost 15 years. The project is built around a large and highly engaged community of Inter fans, developed across social media platforms, YouTube, and digital channels. Passione Inter focuses on real-time coverage, storytelling, and community engagement.
The Social Media Manager will initially support this activity by covering Inter’s home matches, with the possibility of a future broader involvement based on project needs and performance. The expected workload is 5 hours per match.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Covering Inter’s home matches before, during, and after the game.
- Publishing real-time content on social media, including graphics and updates related to match events.
- Publishing and updating match-related content on the website.
- Ensuring availability and presence for Inter’s home matches, according to the official match calendar.
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
- Reports To: Content Lead
PERFORMANCE GOALS:
- Reliable and timely matchday coverage across social media and website.
- Consistent presence before, during, and after matches.
- Alignment with the tone and expectations of the Inter fan community.
PREFERRED WORKING HOURS/TIME ZONE:
- Availability is required mainly in the evening and on weekends, depending on kick-off times.
- Europe time zone preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Essential skills:
- Experience creating and publishing content on social media.
- Ability to work in real time during live events.
- Strong writing skills in Italian.
- Experience creating graphics using Canva.
- Familiarity with WordPress.
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and under pressure.
- Strong interest in football and regular following of major competitions.
- Desirable skills:
- Previous experience in football or sports-related projects.
- Strong understanding of fan communities and social dynamics.
