Brain is an AI orchestration platform that installs in one line of code — live the same day. WordPress sites get a native plugin. Connecting to your CRM, booking system, or internal tools typically takes 1–3 weeks depending on how many systems are involved and how clean their APIs are.
Anything that exposes an API — CRMs, booking systems, calendars, ERPs, and custom business platforms, plus WhatsApp via Twilio and Google Calendar. Brain can also act as an AI booking assistant for appointment-driven businesses. If a tool doesn't have an API, we'll tell you up front.
No. We never ask for database passwords. Instead, you (or your software team) expose specific API endpoints, and we configure Brain to only call the actions you've explicitly approved — things like search_orders, get_customer_summary, or list_bookings. You define every action Brain is allowed to take.
Brain runs on our private EU infrastructure by default. No data passes through US-based platforms. For clients with stricter requirements — healthcare, legal, financial — we can deploy a local AI model so sensitive data never leaves your environment.
A one-time setup fee covers onboarding, configuration, approved-actions definition, and install. A recurring service fee covers hosting, monitoring, model usage, and maintenance. Add-ons (new integrations, new conversation flows) are quoted separately. Minimum term: 12 months. Cancellation: 30 days' written notice.
Brain is an AI brain — not a reply button. It captures leads, routes inquiries, calls approved business actions, supports voice, and runs a full dashboard with audit logs.
You can request a full export of your conversations, leads, booking requests, configured actions, and audit logs at any time. On cancellation, that export is delivered within 14 days at no charge. Clients stay because we run Brain for them, not because they can't leave.
By default, Brain runs on our private EU infrastructure — that's the managed model with monthly updates and full support. For clients with stricter compliance requirements (healthcare, legal, financial), a private deployment on your own infrastructure is available as a custom engagement quoted separately.
