JOB TITLE: SEO Specialist.
TYPE OF POSITION: Part-Time (20 hours per week).
JOB LOCATION: Remote.
EXPERIENCE LEVEL: Senior.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance organic traffic and search rankings.
- Conduct detailed keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements for improved visibility.
- Manage technical SEO, ensuring website performance, speed, and crawlability.
- Design On-Site Content Strategy and Content Plan for specific SEO projects.
- Design link-building strategies and campaign execution.
- Monitor, analyze and report on key metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithms.
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
- Reports To: CEO and CMO.
- Team Structure: Will work closely with Content and Development team.
PERFORMANCE GOALS:
- Deliver high-quality SEO services within established deadlines.
- Ensure the agency client’s satisfaction considering the given SEO project goals.
PREFERRED WORKING HOURS/TIME ZONE: Monday to Friday 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM (UTC+1).
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Essential skills:
- Fluent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and leading SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs).
- Proven experience in providing superb and outstanding SEO support.
- Advanced understanding of technical SEO, schema markup, and on-page optimization.
- Knowledge of backlink strategies and link-building best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

- Previous experience in collaborating with a web agency.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS.
