Menford is a specialized SEO agency focusing on link building strategies to enhance online visibility and brand awareness. We provide multilingual link building, guest posting, copywriting, and keyword research services, aiming to produce high-quality links and content across various markets and cultures since 2011.

We are also expanding our offerings and services to a wide range of SEO and Web Marketing services: SEO Tech Maintenance, Full Stack SEO, Business Growth, PPC Campaigns, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform exhaustive and complete website backlink profile analysis
  • Perform exhaustive and complete website backlink profile analysis
  • Manage advanced keyword research activities
  • Identify new relevant backlink opportunities
  • Design successful link building strategies
  • Provide reports and feedback to the agency in-house managers and clients
  • Provide reports and feedback to the agency in-house managers and clients

REPORTING STRUCTURE:

  • Reports To: CEO and Project Manager
  • Team Structure: Will work closely with SEO and marketing team, and project managers.

PERFORMANCE GOALS:

  • Deliver high-quality SEO and link building services within established deadlines
  • Ensure the agency client’s satisfaction considering the given SEO project goals 

PREFERRED WORKING HOURS/TIME ZONE: Europe/Africa working hours

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Proven experience in providing superb and outstanding support related to link building
  • Proficiency in Search Console
  • Deep knowledge of all the main SEO tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Majestic, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Previous experience in collaborating with a web agency

REPORTING STRUCTURE AND ACCOUNTABILITY:

  • The candidate will report to the CEO and/or the Project Manager, and be responsible for regular progress updates on projects, depending on the given deadlines.
  • Performance reviews will be conducted after each assigned project or activity is terminated.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • This project-based position requires a variable commitment depending on the needed tasks, expected deadlines and effort.
  • Applicants are encouraged to propose their hourly rate.

In the final stage, you will have a conversation with our leadership team to discuss your fit within Menford's long-term vision, culture, and goals.

Offer & Onboarding

Successful candidates will receive a formal job offer. Once accepted, we will begin the onboarding process to welcome you into the Menford team!
